Today I thought I saw a woman dressed as a handmaid about to jump from a building. I called 911.

Picture 1: An oblique angle showing several tall buildings. On the roof of one a figure in red wearing what appears to be a white bonnet is perched on the edge.

Picture 2: A text message from the police department of New York City stating, “It’s an umbrella. All safe.” This is accompanied by a photo of a police officer holding a large table umbrella, red with s white top.

So……..I’m genuinely not sure if these are actual quotes from sonic boom or just quotes from always sunny that have been sonic-ified.

Holy shit is sonic boom just always sunny for kids?

As far as the first part of your question goes, i can confirm that the quotes are legit.

Well then I’m going to continue through life with the belief that sonic boom is just always sunny for kids until someone can give me definitive proof that I’m wrong

“Can you please just add him in there…maybe holding my hand—!”

Yea, yea gotcha. You got it now Star, now stop crying.

Making this in a single day (10 hours in total) was a lot of pain (my medibang mobile kept on crashing) but this is the last day I can make something like this. Hopefully tomorrow we get an even better tapestry for her in canon.

Thanks and goodbye !✨

Really thanks for this show.

Or I’ll never met lots of awesome people. And even make friends with them😭 I drew so many fanart for it .

Also my first time create my own oc and au.

Thanks for the show (雖然我覺得結局很ㄏ)

And I combined few screenshots from the show for background.

I get asked this often. Well, the less important part of the answer is Illustrator, but do pick up one of the non-evil alternatives.

The more important part of the answer is how you intend to do it. Analog/Digital? Tablet/Mouse? Freestyle/Accurate? It comes down to whatever you’re comfortable with. And practice, I suppose.

The video capture demonstrates Digital, Accurate and Mouse with my putting-together of Anne Boonchuy from the upcoming Disney series, Amphibia as a vector model. From her hair, to her head, torso, arms, and legs, applying my own preferred limb thickness and body shape.

Star Butterfly was made the same way. Gather refs of the character you wish to draw. Have a look at how they’re posed in the show. Have a feel of how their body parts are put together and animated. How would you draw them if you had to take their body apart?

image

Once you have an idea of how they appear, look for other refs to pose them. Trace art if you really need to until lines feels right. Get a feel of the linework and shapes. Then keep drawing without them. And do it on your own terms. Have fun with it. Don’t feel like your stuff is inferior, especially if you just started.

You know how when you beat games like Breath of the Wild, and the ending plays and then you gotta reload your last good save so you can continue playing it endlessly until you so choose to fight the end boss again?

Cleaved will be like that for this artist.

This artist hereby respects the conclusion to Star vs. The Forces of Evil. But will likely refuse to build on the newly cleaved dimension of Mewarth in his work through artwork.

All future fanart will likely to focus on everything else the show offered its fans prior to Cleaved until official literature, comic book series or revival adds on to what we have, or until I run out of ideas, and even then…

My review of the ending can be summed up thusly: “Adjective ending for adjective season”. Replace that accordingly with any adjective of your choosing. Rushed, bad, average, good, pleasant…
