Are we really getting our manes in a bunch over Pinkie Pie being Pinkie Pie with Fluttershy? So much so that we’re lambasting episode writer Amy Keating Rogers?
Pinkie’s done it before, going all “good cider, none for you” on Rainbow Dash in “Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 3000”. This definitely isn’t the first time apparent insensitivity has appeared on the show. "Sonic Rainboom" had to be severely daunting for Rainbow Dash, but we didn’t riff Rarity or Fluttershy for that. In fact, Fluttershy did practically the same thing to Rainbow Dash.
We’ve been angry for a whole lot of things for a while now. Twilight’s alicororation, Equestria Girls, Flash Sentry…
Guys, please. I’ve said it several times before. It’s just a TV show. It’s a show for FUN, FRIENDSHIP, LOVE AND TOLERANCE. I won’t say it’s one just for children, but denying the fact that they are the target audience would be a display of ignorance.
Don’t get so angry, much less ruffle the show’s staff about it! Wash out the anger with something else! It’ll be fine!
