It’ll be weird if Jackie Lynn Thomas is out of the picture. Marco has spent a good portion of his life pining for Jackie, only mustering up the courage to confess to Jackie when Star came along.
I know Marco and Star are best friends and canonically more than besties in the eyes of Star herself, and that season two closer was a real shocker, but if Starco gets canon it’ll be too easy a win for the ship.
I’m not a fan of the new intro. Loss of Jackie aside, it’s lacking the pep and the rush of the original opener. They say it’ll make more sense when we get the episodes. Jackie’s no-show in the intro may not mean she’s not involved, and it’ll just be weird, WILD if they decide to stash Jackie away like Fernando and Alonso.
