dm29 was at Canterlot University

So we had our first MLP fan convention on Sunday. If you recall, I was invited as a panelist for the artist’s panel amongst other local artists as well.

There was a surprising amount of people gathered in the little studio venue, which was a little overwhelming, yet fun to be in with all the fans sharing the same passion for the show, with some more raucous than others.

I took to the table for the panel at 5pm and gave my insight to the questions from the audience, which was quite the experience. I still can’t handle the fact that I actually have fans of my work, of whom without I would not be the known artist I am today.

Canterlot University was small, but many great things start that way. It was well-managed but has plenty of room for improvement. I thank the committee for the (unexpected) invitation and for everyone who came down and supported the little convention.
